5. Evacuate If Necessary: If flooding is imminent in your area, prioritize safety and evacuate before conditions worsen.
6. Emergency Kit: Keep an emergency kit in your tricycle with essentials like first aid supplies, water, and a flashlight.
7. Drive Cautiously: Maintain a low speed in the rain and be cautious of other vehicles and pedestrians.
