Edo Music Festival: We are bringing European version to Benin – Organisers, Ebagua, DRP

…As event storms Benin

All is now set for the homebase edition of one of the most sorted after Edo music show.

The January 8th 2023, happening is the first of it kind happening in Benin and the first alike music show for the year.

According to the lead organisers Mr Destiny Ebagua and Mr Richard Iyasere (DRP); the event whos theme is ‘promoting Edo cultural heritage’ is scheduled to feature numerous Edo artist across the three senatorial districts (Benin’s, Esans and the Afemai).

“The performing artists includes: Easter Edokpayi a.k.a Lady of songs, Ofona Osato, Dr Agbakpan Olita, Stanley O. Iyonawan, Hon Aizenofe Dance band, Richard Okhomina, Mongo Park.

‘Others are Ever Green Ekope Young, Adviser Eromosele, Dr Fabomo, Egogo Nor La and AG Silimi.

The event is expected to have Nosa Rex as host MC while MC Casino serves as co-host.

Use music to reduce unemployment, artist advise Govt

The organisers noted the 2500,000 gold table and 200,000 silver table will be at the Depraisery event centre along first Ugbor road, GRA, Benin City. From 8pm to mama call.

‘We have been doing it outside Edo cum Nigeria, we now want our people back home to also have a taste of what is happening in Europe. We just return from our Europe tour with some of the artists the organisers added.
