The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) has released the full names of the 25 people who died in the crash involving its ATR-42 aircraft, NAF 931, in the Igbokoda area of Ondo State.
The aircraft was on a routine mission from Benin City to Lagos when the accident occurred on Monday. The NAF confirmed that there were 25 people on board — five crew members and 20 passengers — and that no survivor was found.
The release followed an earlier discrepancy over the number of people aboard the aircraft, with the initial figure given by government officials standing at 32. The Nigerian Air Force later reviewed the manifest and confirmed the final number as 25.
