One of the fastest instrumentlists in Benin City, the capital of Edo State Mr. Samuel Irabor has advised young entertainers to be more creative rather than trying to copy or replicate what others have done.
He said the present entertainment clime is not for copycat but for those who are ready to take the bull by the horn and those ready to do things outside the ordinary.
According to him; everyone can claim to be artist but how many of these persons can actually survive or stand when left to compose musical lyrics without being caught for plagiarism.
“For me, I’m not just an artist, I play vartually all musical instruments, I play drum, I play guitar, I play keyboard name them, I’m a complete musical set myself. For my Benin cum Edo when I handle the ‘Ema’egede’ you will see a difference me.

In Benin music for instance you have to be extra talented for you to break even else, you may just have one of two engagement throughout a calendar year he added.
