A Canadian National and Nigerian rights activist, Chief Patrick Eholor has in strong terms condemned the muslim muslim ticket given to Bola Tinubu, Kashim Shettima Presidential and Vice Presidential candidates respectively by the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC.
Addressing newsmen recently, Chief Eholor who is popularly known and addressed as ultimate equal said “Christians should arise and fight against such attempt.
“What’s the meaning of Muslim Muslim ticket for heaven’s sake? Are they trying to tell us that there are no christians capable of such position?
“Some people are saying it doesn’t matter. Chief Moshood Abiola did it. Yes, that was done when there was no banditry, when there was hardly massacre, mass killings, kidnapping among others.
“Bola Ahmed Tinubu did not look well to see if he can get a Christian. Remember that Tinubu brought Osinbajo to run with Buhari because of the religious balances. So, christians shouldn’t feel marginalised at all. They should vote against the APC,” he said.
Relating to the candidacy of Peter Obi, Ultimate Equal said, “Nigerians are tired of these old men who should leave the stage for the younger generations. So, we have found a man we can trust. A man with smart mind, sharp vision and full of energy. That man is Peter Obi.
“Look at his running mate. Look at the duo and see their curriculum vitae and see that they have what it takes to deliver Nigeria from the shackles it is today”, he added.
