As the battle for the reinstatement of suspended LGA council chairmen, the acting chairman of Orhionmwon Local Government Council, Rt. Hon Osariemen Daniel has decamped from the People Democratic Party, PDP to the All Progressives Congress, APC in Edo State.
In a statement sighted by DAILYFLASH, the former leader of the LGA legislative arm now Ag chairman, joined APC on Saturday alongside the present leader of the house Hon. Anthony Ogbezuwa as they were received by the party faithfuls led by the LGA chairman Mr Julius Agboze in Benin City the state capital.
According to Hon Daniel when contacted by DAILYFLASH via telephone, he joined the APC to further strengthen the vision of the state government led by Sen Monday Okpebholo.
“As you can see, I have just decemaped this morning, we are with the party chairman in Benin, we don’t want to be far from the present development of the state government. Orhionmwon been one of the vibrant LGA should be in the forefront of preaching the good work of Gov Okpebholo.
We are one family in the LGA, politics aside, my interest is to see better and developed Orhionmwon that our children will be proud of he added.
