Appointment: Edo Poly Rector Salutes Washington Osifo

Associate Professor, Nosakhare Liberty Arodoye, ag Rector, Edo State Polytechnic, Usen has congratulated the newly appointed commissioner for Education, Hon Washington Osifo.

Arodoye said Osifo appointment is a round ped in a round hole, with his wealth of experience in educational administrative matters.

According to him; Sen. Monday Okpebholo knowing fully well the pivotal role education plays in the life of developing society like Nigeria, he needed a man such as Osifo to drive the sector to the next level inline with the infolding SHINE AGENDA.

“I know very well that the governor will never appoint a beginner but a man like him (Osifo).

“We all (the good Edolites) expected a man like Osifo to come and shoulder the mantle of leadership in such a critical ministry like education. If people didn’t expect it, I was expecting it.

“In my school, Edo Poly, we are so excited for this noble appointment and it has come to stay for the good of all.

“everyone concerned in our institution, stag, students including the governing board will be joyous and Edo will shine on. Arodoye added.
