BENIN CITY- The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Tarex Conglomerate, Chief Lucky Ohimai has congratulated Senator Monday Okpebholo,Member representing the good people of Edo Central Senatorial District in the National Assembly on his victory at the just concluded Edo State All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship primary.
This was contained in a congratulatory message personally signed by the chief Lucky Ohimai and made available to the press
While expressing his conviction that Okpebholo’s emergence is in the best interest of the party, especially at this time, Ohimai noted that in the circumstance, he also believed that he (Okpebholo) will reach out to everyone to ensure that APC party triumph in the September 21, 2024 Governorship election.
Chief Ohimai used the medium to salute the courage and leadership of the Acting Chairman of the Party ,Comrade Jaret Tenebe adding that his steadfastness ensured the peaceful outcome and success of the governorship primaries.
The Chief Executive Officer of Tarex Conglomerate also assured the governorship flag bearer and the party of his support in the days ahead
Recalled that Senator Monday Okpebholo was declared winner on February, 23rd , 2024 at the APC collation centre at Lushville Hotel and Suites, Gapiona Avenue, GRA., Benin City, Edo State by the Chairman of Edo APC’s Electoral Officer, Senator Bassey Otu, Governor of Cross River State ,after he polled 12,433 votes to defeat Hon Dennis Idahosa, member representing Ovia Constituency in the House of Representatives, who got 6,541 votes.
